Three friends, one conviction, and a 3rd Street address — Ciao! opened in October 2020 to prove a great sandwich deserves real respect.

This place is a hidden gem in downtown Easton. My first time here and I will be back again soon. Their sandwiches are amazing, delicious and authentic with generous portions. I am fairly new to the area. Coming from NJ/NY, I have high standards for good food and this place exceeded my expectations!

What a pleasant surprise find! Visiting Easton's town square for Chrustmas and walked in for a quick bite. I had a meatball cone with a side of chicken noodle soup(both delicious).
